our office is toxic place.
Music helps, breathing exercises helps and when things are uncontrollable I go to toilet or empty room, just to look up and close my eyes for a moment.
but last week, I did not be able to calm myself I punched my table, I crushed pencils and pens by my right hand, reason why it is swelling now.
I think next time I'll go outside for walk.
