I Dont Always Feel Good About Myself

There are times when I can feel low, even depressed about things, especially about myself, as a direct result of experiences I had when I went through my first training. I got some help, and I have a routine that helps me resurface from such times, thankfully.

Hang in there. Some days are harder than others but remember that things always get better. It's good you got help, and it's good you have methods to help bring yourself back up. Just keep on keeping on!
