Family first...that is the foundation for everything. If you haven’t got a network of friends and family then, to me, it doesn’t matter how many PHD’s you have, or millions you have made....

That, to me, is my success....

@MartikaDuponte1 I'm a shy person and find it extremely difficult to make friends. How do I change? I tried so many times but I'm nervous meeting people face to face....

Also my family is kinda worried about me....and no I'm afraid of dating

@Jersos it’s all down to forcing yourself into talking to people. It IS hard....very hard....but you just have to push yourself....and, over time, it gets easier....

Myself? I was that really shy girl....and, if you know about my career choice, then you’ll realise that shyness doesn’t fit into that....

I had to push myself forward....get myself comfortable with others pointing and looking at me....and push myself into talking to people, mostly men granted, in the first place....

Not easy to begin with, but feels natural now...

You can get over your shyness....
