Does anyone know anything about the Dirac equation? and how the dirac adjoint is a solution to it?

heard of it but did not go that far in physics
I am familiar with a very low level mathematical background. There was news on Google about conflicts of string M-theory with the ten dimensions and Maxwell’s equations undergoing radical changes.
