People would be careful driving and put down their cell phones. Someone died, a wife lost a husband, a child lost a father, a mother lost a son...... why because someone couldn't wait to text.

It's appalling! Absolutely no need for it. The penalties should be enormous enough to really put people off doing it. It's tantamount to murder - a deliberate act resulting in death. Grrrr! 😠
