@TexChik Mine has three but my last name should have been my Dad’s first name with dóttir at the end of it but my parents decided to use the US way of doing last names since we live here. It’s just easier than the Icelandic way.

@TexChik Lucky for me, it’s just my last name. My first and middle are French even though I’m not French at all. lol

@TexChik It’s a rough sounding language. They say it’s the hardest Norse language to learn because it’s the closest to the original Old Norse. You can literally feel the Viking in it. It’s not near as smooth sounding as Swedish or Norwegian.

@DarkHeaven mines just A plain ole white trash Name . When mom and dad adopted new I demanded to taker heir name ... to get as far away from you know what that I could ... but It turned out It was also Macs last name too . He and my daddy were distant cousins . 🤷🏻‍♀️

@TexChik That’s cute. Many people are at least distantly related in Iceland. You have to be careful not to date your cousin. They even have an app for your smartphone to check nowadays. lol
