Yes I'm a HSP as well. I think I only knew this recently. Funny how I've always thought I was just one of those overly sensitive people until I read all the characteristics of a HSP and realised I ticked every box 🙃

I always knew I was sensitive but never understood what it meant. This is one label I'm proud to wear. :)
