Try it again. I can't seem to get OpenOffice to work with RTF files for the life of me, and none of my attempts to work around it succeeded at all, so if you can't open .doc's I might try .odt's, but otherwise I'd have to buy Word or find a different file converter.

I'm glad this community can carry on even if experience project didn't!
