I Am a Great Kisser

Lips Touch... I can still feel our last hug, your warm body pressed tightly against mine.  With our eyes still closed in a light haze, we separate just enough for me to reach up with my right hand, touching your neck with my fingertips tracing to just behind your ear, my thumb to your chin poised for our lips to touch.  Our lips are close, we can both taste it, we are both yearning for it as you bite your lip in euphoric anticipation, melting away in a sea of bliss.  Our breath slows to a snail’s pace, it’s still around us but the world is swirling out of control, our lips nudging closer, one slow heartbeat at a time.  We breathe in, ever so slightly as if our breaths have been taken away, in preparation for the spark.  You can feel my left hand move to the small of your back, clamping our hips firmly together, comforting the electricity in the air as it builds to release one more arc, at lips touch….
