Would you live in the American city San Miguel Allende?

It's an art colony type place in Mexico. Have considered living there but like most art colonies, ironically, it's too expensive for me and most other artists.

It's looks like a very beautiful part of Mexico. I hear many Americans also live there. lol some retire in Mexico. But like any place their is danger in every part of world. Just have to be careful
