I Hate Poor Customer Service

Is there some way I can report a store or service for bad customer service?

I just got yelled at, insulted, cursed at, and threatened because I asked the owner of an auto shop about prices and if it's possible to get cheaper deals or prices at a different location due to me not having a lot of money.
