To me, it was almost criminal that Yes were not inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame years before they were finally inducted in 2017. Bassist Chris Squire died in 2015, and the band should have been inducted several years sooner so that Squire could have been honored in person. He played on every Yes album, for crying out loud.

@Byron8by7 The world is in a big hurry to get one direction in lol. New bands are already doing documentaries about themselves when the great ones wouldn't release a documentary until 20-30 years later!

A woman I know worked at The RNRHOF and she is now on the board of the organization. She told me that it is extremely political and that there are some musicians who should be in but probably never will be.
