I bought a new number to study with my new study partner for free calls and reserving my anonymity and like the dumb absent minded bimbo I am I STILL messaged them with my actual number 🙄
@SW-User they could find out who I am (there's an illegal local app that provides personal info to people based on their number) and I don't trust anyone plus I'm ashamed of who I was and all the labels I carried, and our professional community is pretty small in my country, everyone knows everyone indirectly, it freaks me out to think more people can laugh at me if they discover all the rumors, all the lies, that some people are still adamant on spreading about me to this day.

@assemblingaknob okay to be honest, from my point of view your fears doesn't seem reasonable at all.. I feel like these thoughts can be biased by bad past encounters but trust me it's not really that dangerous!
