So now there seems to be pretty solid evidence, at least that the media is showing, that trump jr, had info from Russia about dirt on Hillary and wanted to be involved with it. So if this all turns out to be true, is this enough for people to finally see that trump is bad news or is this just more "you lost get over it" type info?

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/11/us/politics/trump-russia-email-clinton.html?smid=fb-nytimes&smtyp=cur
The June 3, 2016, email sent to Donald Trump Jr. could hardly have been more explicit: One of his father’s former Russian business partners had been contacted by a senior Russian government official and was offering to provide the Trump campaign with dirt on Hillary Clinton.

The documents “would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father,” read the email, written by a trusted intermediary, who added, “This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump.”

If the future president’s elder son was surprised or disturbed by the provenance of the promised material — or the notion that it was part of an ongoing effort by the Russian government to aid his father’s campaign — he gave no indication.

He replied within minutes: “If it’s what you say I love it especially later in the summer.”
Flip on FOX for your answer. The people who need to take this seriously are being told it's all a lie. I caught some of Hannity yesterday and my mind was blown at the level of deceit. Of course, they're being told THEY are the "real patriots" in the process.
We're in the midst of a serious, calculated mind fuck.
Northwest · M
@Ynotisay They will do that. The important thing is to get our fellow Americans to see this, in a non-confrontational way. You have some hard core people, but for the most part, the people are misinformed and frustrated over why things were not going right (from their perspective).
Ynotisay · M
@Northwest I agree with you in theory but I'd counter that by saying with the MOUNTAIN of evidence available in relation to things like Trump, climate change, the reasons for economic disparity, the insurance and pharma industries and others, there's no amount of one-on-one convincing that can take place. I unfortunately believe that it will take something to become personal for perspectives to change. Sort of like Dick Cheney conspiring against gay people until his daughter came out. Or the "coal miner" realizing that they wouldn't have access to healthcare any longer.
Northwest · M
@Ynotisay coal miners are going to realize soon that there are no cola mines to come back to, and that it was low natural gas prices, not Obama that put them out of work.

This is just the stuff we hear. The Mueller investigation has plenty more wrongdoing not being leaked. Fox and the "but Hillary" crowd have no credibility.
Allthingscurious · 41-45, M
I don't think there's really anything that could change the mindset of his base. They lack the intellectual fortitude to comprehend the gravity of the situation and are incapable of admitting they were wrong.
Northwest · M
@Allthingscurious Don't dismiss his base, wholesale, as idiots. They may be misguided by the media, and lies, but they are our fellow Americans, and eventually, it is their votes that will help decide the next elections cycle.
Allthingscurious · 41-45, M
@Northwest I disagree. There were already more of us than them and that was with Hillary. Put a decent democratic nominee forward and it'll be a landslide. Too many independents were chased away that could easily be brought back without even worrying about the trump base.

Not for the conservative SW brain trust...

The NY times is Satans tool..
Pherick · 41-45, M
@SW-User Well I agree the NYTimes has been solidly against trump, but the emails seem to be real, the Russian Lawyer is real, so more and more will come out.

@Pherick i was reading this last night...it's been fascinating, watching the world get smaller for this rats nest
Deletedlol · 22-25, F
Hillary is worse either way lol
Pherick · 41-45, M
@Deletedlol Not sure that I agree, but thats an entirely different discussion.
