@hippyjoe1955 What do they need to stall for? You said it yourself, they have "evidence of MASSIVE voter fraud. MASSIVE." If they have evidence of that caliber, they don't need to stall and waste more time and money. They can open a fraud lawsuit right now and display this overwhelming evidence.

@BlueMetalChick If you need time to put together an airtight case and need to get it to the supreme court you first need to start off with the lower courts. You file a number of lawsuits in the lower courts and fully expect them to be tossed. Then you appeal them. Each level of court is passed until you get to the supreme court and make your case.

@hippyjoe1955 Now see that might make more sense if the expendable cases in lower courts were being filed over fraud.
