I Wear Short Trousers
I wear shorts all year even in winter, my parents never allow me to wear long trousers. I never wore any in my life. Sometimes I feel a bit cold when it is freezing but I got used to it.

Daytime around 3-4 C but in the morning below 0.

@forevershorts: Yes at 0 water gets frozen. When it is below 0 then it is really cold. I get red legs.
That means there will be some damage to your skin then?
Cane and belt hurt of course, but it's a pity that you are somewhat damaged by them.
