I Wear Short Trousers

One thing wearing short trousers has always encouraged me to do. That is to look after myself. Plenty of exercise to look trim in shorts. Particularly the case if like me you have a penchant for wearing very short shorts.

It may not be PC but short shorts is not such a good look on folks (Men and Women) that are out of condition. Though I would always be diplomatic. One thing I would add, I do not mean skinny either that is not healthy.
