I have a confession.
So, this one time I was in a restaurant in Haifa, Israel. I have been to plenty of restaurants in Israel, but this was the only time I saw pork on the menu. I am not a huge fan of pork, I ordered it anyway just for the sheer sadistic pleasure. I had to tell the waiter my order 3 times because in his shock he was not quite sure he had heard right the first two times. In fairness the pork ribs were stinking, they had probably been laying in the restaurant’s deep freezer for the past decade, I was probably the only person ever that had ordered them. It was worth every rotten bite just to see the look on the faces of all waiting staffs disbelieving, gawking faces as they passed by. With all the attention it was kind of like I was involved in my very own performance art piece.
