Meditation does in fact work. I do it every day and I've noticed a change in me. It's so good for not just your spirit but also your mind. It makes you so much calmer and gives you a sense of personal inner growth. There are so many videos on YouTube...

I just wanna say, I started giving Lucas almond milk like you reccomended and it's so much better for him. Thank you for recommending that, he likes it and his limbs are getting better from it, also it doesn't give him the problems he had with regular milk. Thank you so much.
