I Love Meditation

I started looking into it a little over a year ago. I've worked on making meditation a habit (practice I should say) - It really has made a marked improvement in my life. I'm no longer on Blood Pressure medication - it alone dropped me almost 20 points. I'm continuing to evolve, but it's been recently (last month or two) that the world is really slowing down for me. Can't wait to see where I go from here

@Ehmooo I'm far, far from an expert. And I would never consider it myself a success, I'm definitely a work in progress. The honest and best tip I can give is to just try it. I utilize many different guided meditations. But I'm ready to try a few on my own. The advice you'll hear over and over when you try is to sit quietly and comfortable and when you trip up just "Begin Again"
