I Love Meditation
I started looking into it a little over a year ago. I've worked on making meditation a habit (practice I should say) - It really has made a marked improvement in my life. I'm no longer on Blood Pressure medication - it alone dropped me almost 20 points. I'm continuing to evolve, but it's been recently (last month or two) that the world is really slowing down for me. Can't wait to see where I go from here
