That question reminds me of one of the oddest things in pop music. The debut album by Gerry and the Pacemakers was titled "How Do You Like It" after the band's first two hit singles "How Do You Do It" and "I Like It", but neither of those songs is on the album. Since those songs are only about two minutes each, I'm sure they could have been added to the album (one on each side) without making the album overlong. Why title an album after songs that aren't on it?

@Noble Gerry and the Pacemakers were a Liverpool band led by Gerry Marsden. They were tipped to be as big as the Beatles in 1963 and in that year alone, they were. They had three number ones, the two I just mentioned plus "You'll Never Walk Alone", but that last one was the only single on the album. They did not have any more hits after 1965, by which time the Beatles were the only Liverpool band still guaranteed an instant hit with each new release.
