@BalmyNites Drink a lot too. In hot nations they drink hot tea so the body can use the water to sweat and cool down again. 🥺
Apparently if you drink cold drinks, your body starts warming it up. 🤔

I think chilled water works too and it gives relief when you drink it, but you body will probably try to warm it up as a side effect. 🤔
