Bonus question, how can I bulk up? My metabolism doesn't allow me to bulk up for shit.

If you want a lean shredded look, then great. If you want to bulk up and reach bear mode, then eat more. 1g/lb of bodyweight for protein, and full in the rest with carbs and fat. Calorie calculator for daily consumption

Are you lifting for strength or hypertrophy?

@BeefySenpie don't wanna bulk up much. Just a little more. I'd like some flexibility in myself so 'no' to too much bulking.
