How does this look so far?

Bonus question, how can I bulk up? My metabolism doesn't allow me to bulk up for shit.

I have the same issue, but when I increased the amount of calories I took between breakfast, gym and lunch it kinda fixed it

@Nanori what did you specifically eat to increase the calories in your diet?

@SW-User breakfast was oatmeal+milk+honey+chocolate powder plus an egg or two

Then for gym I'd take a bottle of smoothie: banana+milk+egg+powdered oatmeal sprout+peanut+peanut butter+honey

Right after gym I'd eat about 10 dates with tahini. It was an easy 1k calorie

Then a small potato with some Lentils

And finally lunch



And then I managed to not be underwight 👀

@Nanori well that was descriptive, thanks. Add or subtract a thing or two and the diet is the same for me.

Not sure if I'd call myself underweight but bulking would be nice. 👍
