@HannibalMontanimal try the ken petera diet. He was the first American to overhead press 500 pounds at the Olympics. I'm his work out days he started with a dozen eggs and a gallon of milk. Then hit the gym. For lunch it was five Whoppers and another gallon of milk. Then back to the gym. Then a chicken or two for dinner.

Not sure if I can consume that amount of milk and eggs at the same time but I'll try to increase the intake.
