I've noticed some changes
I've noticed that since I've begun therapy and am learning about better nutrition I've been feeling better. Mentally I feel lighter because I've been able to unload a lot of stuff I've been harboring for years. I'm learning better ways to deal with my issues. Let me tell you I have a lot of issues lol.
I've also been making an attempt to eat better. I just learned about higher volume and lower calorie eating. It makes sense. I'm making better choices and I'm not depriving myself of nutrients and energy. I can eat larger meals and get full but keep it within a normal calorie range.
Health wise I feel less exhausted, I'm less cranky, I feel warmer,more energized and my hearts not bothering me as much.
