when you're logged in with your google account, they know the date and they do something special like blowing on candles and a cake animation, I get it every year :) and they would also celebrate my country's special dates

Because they look at everything you do if you use their products. They save your searches, read your email, track your location etc. I like my privacy. I still use Google, but I'd rather pay for similar services if I can keep my data private. Free stuff always comes at a price.
