holes in my back

i woke up with dried blood on my sheets. i looked in the mirror to see two gaping wounds in my back (and one smaller?). they were deep yet showed no bone. just red flesh (and maybe organs?). there were these tiny yellow maggots crawling inside. i touched the wounds. they felt very dry and jagged, like they were long past healing. i remember feeling sick with anxiety, thinking it was over for me. i was rotting
