I Dream

It feels like it contributes more negatively than positively to my mood. When I wake up from good dreams, dreams where things or at least one or two important things happened that I was happy with, I wake up dissatisfied, lonely, unhappy, empty, upset, disappointed, (maybe) depressed etcetera. When I wake up from bad dreams the only positive contribution to my mood is I might be a little relieved.

Dreams make me feel things I almost never feel too, I'm lonely somewhere around 0.1% of the time or less. I do think it's kind of funny how bed dreams are better for you in this sense.
