I Hate Having Pain Of Any Kind

I am so sick of being in pain its really wearing me down .I have permanent back pain and I picked up my one year old grandson yesterday and my dam shoulder muscle tore again .Now if I breath to deep or move I want to scream and its causing my stomach to be upset .I feel bloody awful and not great company at all taken strong painkillers but their just not working .I really hate my body at present so sick of it letting me down I hate getting old .
