Hey there I'm Malaysian. We have monarchies here. Yeah you read that right, plural.
Here's a Malaysia specific joke.

In UK, they keep the monarchy, and change government every 5 years.

About the five yrs thing... That's kewl! I didn't know this. How come there is no fight over who rules between kings? Lol

The last news I remember about Malaysia was how its crown prince abused his wife, cut her legs, etc, and how she sought asylum once she reached Singapore after many yrs. It was terrible.

@Vivaci The Sultans of each state don't fight. They have a fixed cycle of who replaces who . Besides, they are constitutional monarchies, so the real power is with PM. About the crown prince thing, I think you're confusing it with Brunei prince. Brunei is not a part of Malaysia. I appreciate a link though.
