I Had a Bad Experience

Microsoft ate my windows 8 key. Finally after 3 hrs total on the support line someone finally decided to solve my problem, got down to it and got me my windows 8 key back. Damn though, 3 hours! It was like a 20 min fix too xD
Waste of Microsoft's money and my time!
