I Think About Thinking

The painful process of constantly asking someone to do something they have to do (human training??)...and then one day they do it unexpectedly out of the blue.
Off their own bat
Without being asked
As if by magic

And them spinning round and giving you a massive toothy grin at the end is just a bonus
The icing on the cake
The pleasure after the pain
The jewel in the crown

I know it won’t last obviously..but just for today I’m going to milk it
Bask in the glory
Be happy with a job well done
