It always concerns me when I get messages from people with no posts no replies no profile pic. They usually send one message then disappear

I don't like them either. It always makes me curious why someone with no posts, no profile pic, no stories, no friends decides to contact me out of the blue. I am often suspicious of such folks with fake profiles. Maybe someone that I used to know or someone I've blocked.
