New diagnosis?

"Pseudobulbar"

My mom actually found it. She googled some stuff i was doing and there it was, a word i never heard of.

So..When I'm off my meds I usually have a problem crying randomly.

And laughing too easily...

not as much as crying.

But damn when I did laugh? It was like trying to contain hiccups

I want to go to therapy soon. I'm gonna ask about that word.

It goes away with meds though....just letting you know...

But sometimes its hard to give up the laughs

Cause when its funny, it is so MF funny

I'll miss that

This is disjointed because that's exactly how i feel. Odd. Readjusting to meds.

i had a guy friend who had this. he was super-embarrassed by the crying spells. it got less over time, and the whole thing was triggered, originally, by a car crash in which his head was hit pretty hard.

@pentacorn I'm not sure what mine would be. My sister tells me this story of how she pushed me once and I hit my head on a septic tank thing and my eyes rolled back. (Tmi, sorry?) But that's the only head injury ive had. Besides emotional trauma

@HellsBelle not too much information at all. :) i'm sure it could be manifested by means other than a head injury, but i'm unaware of what those catalyst might be.
I’d miss the laughs too. Sometimes it’s the best part of the day
@HellsBelle lol be loud! That’s what laughing is for
