I am tired of overly positive people on SW

Well as a rule ,I teach people to fish rather then just give out fish anymore .
But when I see a need I help ,but I don't enable .
I was homeless and someone took me in .
I was jobless and disabled ,but someone gave me a job that worked around my disabilities ,
I was broke and scared ,my arm was paralized and I had already had part of my spine removed as a result of a vaccine I was forced to take in 1976 .it set off an autoimmune disease ..that later caused bone spurs in my shoulders as well.
I sang a song at a mission ,and I was noticed
Soon I was in a condo ,no longer on the streets (sleeping on the ground with hobo's)
Someone bought me clothes and suits and put me in a recording studio

I was told if I give ,though I was just getting on my feet myself ,it would be given back to me ,,pressed down ,shaken and running over

My wife had just left me ,sold our home ,my cars and truck
So I thought I would make a deal with God ,,(I left out that not long before that I was healed of years of addictions ,suffered no withdraw no Dt's
I spent at least a million dollars on drugs and alcohol ,my addictions cost me 2 wives and my kids ,2 homes that were paid for )

I sent every dime I made that week to a ministry ,,
People said I was crazy ,so they gave me money for food .I told them I was testing out God ,,I would put it in an offering plate if they gave it to me ,,I wanted God to make people feed me ..His so called sheep

2 days that week I ate Filet Mignon and was invited out or over for supper at the houses of people I didn't know months earlier ..He fed me .

3 days after I sowed that money ,,also asking God for my wife back ..
I get a call from my oldest daughter I has not seen or heard from in 12 years .
"He Daddy ,I am graduating from high school June 10th ,I would love for you to be there "..I couldn't breath ,my knees buckled and I hit the floor .

I got to re meet my other 2 daughters that same week

One said Daddy ,you can get another job ,another church ,but you're kids need you now ,,turns out they were being abused ,,one beat until she was unconscious

It took me until Nov 5 to get my ex into court ,,but in 5 min ,I walked out with full custody of my 2 minor girls ,my oldest had turned 18 Aug 29th ..tomorrow I will celebrate another birthday with her ..

The next day I come home to $1000.00 in my mail box ,,I assumed it was back pay so I cashed the check and bought my girls new school clothes .
The next day the same thing ,,they following day its $9,000.00
I am scared to cash that one so I go to social security and ask "whats up "
I thought I had been turned down for my disability again ,,
They said I was on payroll ,,

I am a Vet ,I was a rail road machinist ,I built home ,I was a rock star
reduced to washing cars ,,30 of them a day with a bad back and bad shoulders .
Now I can stop working ,,

My kids and I formed a Christian band ,we toured doing Contemporary Gospel

I now have 6 grandkids and a brand new great grandson
My family and I are all close ,they are all very successful and I now share this story with people who say God is not real ,,

My daughter had been crippled from age 8-12 ,,she had my bone disease
So bad her leg was broken in 2 places and would not heal ,she was in a wreck on a bus and that is when they found her spine to be as bad off as mine ,,
She was fitted for a brace so if in the event her spine snapped ,her lungs would not be crushed ,,now I have had people say ,,Now you went to far ,,,that is what the ribs are for ,,when your bones are so brittle they just snap at a sharp jar ,,they don't trust you're ribs ,,she was put on 100% disability ,,home schooled
One day she crawled to an alter ,felt God touch her ,went to the rest room and removed the brace and ran out to play with her sisters and cousins she had not played with for 4 yrs,,
When examined ,,the Doctors said its impossible ,,
She looks as if she grew a new spine ,,no signs she ever had a disease or a broken leg ,even when bones mend there is evidence of a break ,,she no longer has any .

I could carry on ,so much so it not only sounds impossible ,but like I am bragging

If I brag it is to the power of the Most High God ,that healed me ,restored my mind and gave me back my family ,,

You can't offend me ,,with a Father like that for me ,,I don't care who is against me ,I am beyond blessed ,and don't mind blessing others ,,

If you are offended by this ,that speaks to the condition of you're life
not ours ,,
I hope this blesses you instead of offending you ,,
Some of us have very good reason to be overly joyed ,we know who we are
and best of all ,,Christ knows me and has proven to me .
I can't out give God
But He has also given me discernment ,,He guides me as to who He wants me to help
But I always am willing to provide shelter and a meal to someone down on their luck ,,where would I be had not the same kindness been shown to me ?
