Feel Like There’s No Ridding My Anger
Feels like an almost sneeze that never comes. I can’t really yell loud enough or never hit anything hard enough to find it cathartic

i am afflicted with anger and find it very hard and destructive, sometimes i feel like smashing everything in my flat with one of my swords.
