I Believe In Balance

It is true that as a society we need certain rules in place for the genuine safety and well being of others. On that specific issue , I wholeheartedly agree.

However in my view , an overprotective "parenting" type pseudo utopia is not the way to go.

Why ? Because just as children are taught to be strong by overcoming bullies or obstacles , people as a whole can be conditioned to become soft and weak when others shield them constantly or always rescue them from every problem they face.

There must be a balance.
