@FreeSpirit1 lol, do you actually think he wrote that drivel? If he had made that speech before the election, he might have actually convinced some people. Someone else wrote that for him, he's more of the see spot run, run spot run type when it comes to his speeches, as evidenced by the last 4 years. He was being an actor and playing a role, trying to get out of being Impeached for a second time!
