Will Biden do better at ending the pandemic?

I think it's pretty clear he will win by a large margin, and so I wonder what he will do differently regarding Covid-19. Will he have resistance from each state in wanting to implement their own plan? Trump faced that problem. Will he recommend masks and would those against them continue to defy reason? Trump was just one of many having this reckless mindset.

I mean it being the #1 priority right now.

All this airtime dedicated to the forthcoming election and the candidates you'd have thought they would both have laid out a policy for folk to view.
