Will Biden do better at ending the pandemic?

I think it's pretty clear he will win by a large margin, and so I wonder what he will do differently regarding Covid-19. Will he have resistance from each state in wanting to implement their own plan? Trump faced that problem. Will he recommend masks and would those against them continue to defy reason? Trump was just one of many having this reckless mindset.

Testing. Contact tracing. Money from.the federal.gov. for people who are unemployed. Money to states for preventative measures in schools because Trump didn't do that.

Mask mandates and pushing the right narrative.

He explained all of this last night.

It isn't hard to know what he would do different. Trump literally did nothing. And don't come up with "he stopped travel from china"

213,000 dead. A lot of good that China travel shut down did. 🙄

States only implemented their own plans because Trump dumped it on them so he wouldn't have to take blame.

A leader leads. Trump is not a leader.
These questions come from utter lack of paying attention.
