Will Biden do better at ending the pandemic?

I think it's pretty clear he will win by a large margin, and so I wonder what he will do differently regarding Covid-19. Will he have resistance from each state in wanting to implement their own plan? Trump faced that problem. Will he recommend masks and would those against them continue to defy reason? Trump was just one of many having this reckless mindset.

@MrBrownstone And yet no one mentions the remarkable recovery time.....given the fact he's in the right groups (age/obese/fond of not social distancing....)

Oh, and the fact the W.H.O today destroyed his mythical 'cures' he was peddling via twitter earlier this year
