Donald Trump has business ties to Russia and is involved with the Russian Oligarchs. His senior advisors are largely Russians. He has publicly stated that if he becomes President he will change U.S. policies toward Russia. Our intelligence services have shown the hack of the Democratic headquarters and the transfer of documents to Wikileaks.
Donald Trump is guilty of treason because of his relationship to Russia, his public support of Putin and Russia’s policy to destabilize Europe and take control of parts of Europe such as the Crimea, and the Trump campaign’s use of Russian intelligence to hack into the Democratic HQ and the cyber theft of its emails. That is espionage and treason. From the criminal law of the U.S.: [i]Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States … adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death[/i].
