Sedition is a term not heard much in the US, but he (and his advisors, who are Russian supporters) are promoting the idea that the election is rigged against him and if he loses it is not because he is an immature nasty jerk but because the media and the election officials conspired together to ensure his defeat, and he and some of his followers are promoting the idea of revolt (and seem to imply actual physical action) and that is sedition.
[i]Sedition[/i], is a serious crime. It is conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch.
