I Love to Be Loved and to Give Love
I will try not to make this very long. (Notice is said TRY 馃槀) A friend of mine asked this question: "Why does everyone keep telling us to let slavery go? No one is telling people to let the holocaust go or WWI go etc. Anything that happens to us we have to let go. The holocaust was from '41-'45 but our people have been enslaved for over 400 years why do we have to let things go?"
This is how I feel- Hurt is hurt. Every one on this planet has the right to feel how they feel. I don't care if someone hurt for one year versus thirty years- hurt is hurt. But never, tell someone else their pain is less significant or their memories are less significant. This hate that people are holding on to for whatever reason has to be let go because it takes way more energy to hate than to love. I held on to hate for years until I woke up one day looking like the grim reaper (true life).
If something affects you whether it happened directly to you or someone else if you feel it is important to you that makes it important despite what anyone says or despite how long ago it happened. BUT Don't dwell in darkness because you will never see light. Keep those memories to show yourself how you want to be treated and how you should treat other people. NEVER an excuse to be mean spirited. The only reason I say this now is because I had to learn this myself the hard way #grimmy. Look for positivity even in the smallest thing like a prize in cereal that said there was no prize, well now I got a glow in the dark ring. Smile at the people that have hate-filled hearts because it'll bother them enough and you won't have to do anything.
That being said, I 鉂わ笍 y'all whether you love me back or nah. Oh and I no longer look half dead skin is prompt 馃榿. #power in the heart
