I Think Being a Parent Is the Most Difficult Job
Boy oh boy, it can be very challenging, no doubt 😂! It's definitely been a crazy learning experience for both my husband and I. We love our kids though, and it's been well worth it.

I used a switch ,,I know some frown on it
But it took a very short time to get and keep my house in order after getting full custody of my teens once called "Out of control "
My kids say now they needed more ,and it didn't hurt
it broke their heart to disappoint me ,,,now all are grown and it still does
My kids are my world ,,I cried like a baby every time I had to discipline them
My son will soon be 11 ,,,he has been around teens seems like his whole life
but my grandkids tell him how lucky he is to have me for a Dad
"Papaw is old school ,he knows how to parent ,but ,he don't play "
(I respected my grandparents the same way )
He has not had any discipline in 2 yrs ,,,He learned very young
and like all the others ,it kills him to disappoint me
I was never a buddy ,,I take the job of Dad very seriously
All of them make me real proud
My home was no back talking ,no sucking teeth or rolling eyes ,no mumbling as you walk away
Everyone has a chore ,phones and games were a privilege not a right
And yes I am a dictator ,,you want a democracy ,,,get your own home and show me how wise you are ..
