I Swear Too Much

Swearing doesn't bother me at all. I don't see what makes swears so bad when there are other words that mean the same things that are for some reason more acceptable. Therefore I swear all the time when I'm around people who aren't offended by bad language. The only thing I refrain from is taking God's name in vain because that's insulting to God.

The funny thing is I [b]do[/b] consider crude language or swearing with no context disrespectful. But since I’m not religious, using the word god doesn’t bother me a bit, although in print I spell it “Gawd” for the pious. 🙂
