It turns out Donald can pardon anyone and use his Twitter account. It's so simple but there is only one problem. If someone gets a pardon they have to admit they were guilty of a specific crime.

So go ahead and pardon your family of liars and criminals. Then the world will know what we already know. They are criminals.

Admission of guilt only applies if the president is petitioned.. if he the president chooses to pardon without a petition it doesn't apply

@Goralski in fact a petitioner doesn't need to admit guilt but its doubtful that kind of petition would reach d presidents desk

I don't think an admission of guilt is needed.I recall Ford pardonning Nixon without specifying any crime.

You might be confusing presidential pardons with the special prosecutor act that does require a specific crime. (Well, its supposed to)

Ford issued a full and unconditional pardon of Nixon, immunizing him from prosecution for any federal crimes he had "committed or may have committed or taken part in".
