How do I open a word TEMPLATE from a folder 📂?

I have Documents that I make on a daily basis.
It's annoying to have to erase the last persons info, to be able to plug in the next persons info.

I have learned how to create my own template.

Now, if I can create the template FROM my clients personal folder, that would really help me alot as far as organization goes.

This way, I'm not having to creat a doc, name it, then save it in bobby's folder .

Is there not a way to just goto bobby's folder, and create my template within word?

I've already played around with it .

I also called IT but the lady isn't the best ( I figured out the answer to my last problem which she was still figuring it out).

I've already tried google and YouTube so I asking SW. Thank you

Copy and paste a whole bunch of these blank template folders into a master (source) folder- from which you can then draw them one at a time. I do it all the time with my writing. The only drawback is that you'll need to rename each folder as you use it, as they gain names like 'copy of copy 02 of folder'.

@SW-User I know. I find it so annoying. If I can find a way to do it my way, it would be simpler. This is why I dislike technology. Supposed to make life easier but it's not always as customizable as I'd like
