I Am a Foodie

I made a really delicious chicken enchilada casserole the other night. (Just like chicken enchiladas but without having to roll up the tortillas.)

Linguine and clam sauce is one of my favorite dishes. If you like pasta and seafood, this is a must. You also can't go wrong with paella.

@Doomsday, well if there was any dish that was first on my list it'd definitely be cheesecake!!! 😀 I absolutely love cheesecake.

Well cheesecake is near the top of the list. How about linguine and clam sauce?

@HoraceGreenley, I've never tried Linguine and clam sauce but I'm up for tasting new dishes. I may try this one day.

Chicken quesadillas are savory and scrumptious. I can imagine how the casseroles tasted.
